Meet Our Founder
My name is Alan J. Richards. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in 1975, where I focused my studies on psychology, sociology, and family planning. These areas of study shaped my lifelong interest in understanding people, relationships, and the many influences that impact family life.
In 1979, I married my wonderful spouse, and together we raised two children who have been a constant source of joy and learning. Their growth and experiences have strengthened my appreciation for the importance of communication, emotional support, and strong family values.
Now retired, I continue to draw from both my academic background and personal journey as a husband and father. I remain passionate about helping families grow in wisdom, unity, and purpose—especially in today’s ever-changing world.
